Welcome to the Dulan’s Culinary & Art Center proposal, located next to Dulan’s Soul Food Restaurant in Crenshaw, LA. Situated along lively Crenshaw Boulevard, known for its history with classic cars and vibrant street art, the area is also set to benefit from the upcoming Destination Crenshaw park and new metro down the street.

The project integrates culinary and artistic education, inspired by the local creative scene. The school will teach soul food cooking and host art classes, with the neighborhood's iconic art wall extending onto its exterior. The building, Featuring a curved glass facade, allows pedestrians to view culinary activities and creates a welcoming plaza for foot traffic to stop, rest, observe, and serve as a meeting place for the community.

Beyond its role as a culinary institution, Dulan’s Culinary & Art Center aims to foster community engagement and celebrate Crenshaw's cultural heritage. It creates a space where food, art, and community come together to inspire and educate
